Pikt & Chopt Herbs & Spices are grown in the rich soils of Vietnam which are blessed with an abundance of tropical rainfall. Pikt & Chopt Lemon Grass is indigenous to South East Asia and is harvested in the early dawn hours when the essential oils are optimal, and then transported within 6 hours of harvest to our factory where they are washed, chopped and cold blended for fresher aroma, and flavor.

Step 2
Heat your wok over a high heat until hot. Add oil of your choice and swirl to coat your wok evenly.
Add the pork mince, break up and stir. Add Pikt&Chopt Garlic paste and Pikt&Chopt Ginger paste to your wok. Stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until the pork changes colour.
Step 2
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Add 2 shallots and 2 teaspoons of lime juice to the wok. Further stir fry for 2 or 3 minutes or until heated through.
Step 3
Spoon pork mixture into lettuce leaves and sprinkle with beansprouts and/or peanuts (optional).
Serve on a plate and ready to eat.
