1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the Pikt & Chopt Garlic and Pikt & Chopt Chilli paste. Cook stirring for 1 minute or until fragrant.
2. Add the prawns and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring for 3-4 minutes or until prawns are cooked through.
3. Combine the lemon juice, lemon rind and coriander to the prawn mixture and toss together.
4. Serve these delicious prawns with rocket and crusty bread!
