Pasta with Ginger, Garlic & Chili

Use these products


Serves 2
  •  1/3 Cup (80ml) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Pikt & Chopt Chili paste
  • 4 Tablespoon Pikt & Chopt Garlic paste
  • 3 Tablespoon Pikt & Chopt Ginger paste
  • Pasta of Choice, to serve
  • Garnish with flay leaf parsley (optional)


  1. Chop fresh parsley leaves finely. Combine chopped parsley, olive oil, Pikt & Chopt Garlic, Chilli and Ginger paste in a pan that’s large enough to also hold the pasta, cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, or until the mixture is fragrant.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta in plenty of salted boiling water, once pasta is cooked, drain pasta.
  3. Add pasta to the fragrant mixture, with chopped parsley leaves. Stir over heat for 2 minutes, adding enough of the reserved pasta cooking water to keep the mixture moist.
  4. Time to plate up and enjoy!
